Trainers accepting for harness racing meetings under the jurisdiction of Racing Queensland Limited (RQL) are advised of the following procedure.

Trainers or their agents will NOT be able to communicate with the handicappers from the ACCEPTANCE DEADLINE of 10:00am until after the RELEASE OF FIELDS for a particular race meeting.

Remember acceptances will only be received via HarnessWeb or facsimile.

This process is effective immediately.
